At Creed Boutique, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is exceptional; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unopened product in its original luxury packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
