What is your return policy for open fragrances?

Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original cellophane wrapping within 30 days of purchase.

How should I store my Creed fragrance to ensure longevity?

To preserve the integrity of the natural ingredients, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature fluctuations, such as a bedroom drawer rather than a bathroom.
